Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is submitted for production. Shipping time is additional and varies by product and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Items may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information is provided when available.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact support@cerrova.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Eligible claims qualify for a free replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning any item.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or changing your mind. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
